CATF Posie
ARI #1250978
D.O.B. Sept 28, 2004
Color: White
Sire: Snowmass Moses
Dam: Hoshi
Price: $10000

Posie is another of the rescue alpacas. This proven mom is a petit alpaca, but she doesn’t let size hold her back when it comes to feeding time. Posie came to us as open, and we believe this to be true. However, there was a break out a short time ago by the yearling boys, so we will be monitoring her for the next couple of weeks to make sure this is still the case.
Posie is owned by Mesquite Valley Alpacas and additional information can be obtained by contacting Linda Elliott (acvhlre@aol.com)

Tyche is the Greek goddess of good luck and fortune; with a name like this how could we go wrong? Tyche was our first cria after we bought her mother shortly before her birth. We were very pleased by this big, strapping girl (the transporter we used to bring them home thought we were trying to sneak a six month or older cria on the bus for the three month price!). Her fleece is one of the most luxurious fleeces I've ever had my hands on.
Her first shearing had a comfort factor of 100%, even though she was the fattest alpaca on the farm!
Tyche has done it again, giving us a gorgeous light fawn male cria with some of the densest fleece I’ve ever seen.
Tyche comes with one year free board and a free breeding to any wholly owned Alpacazona Farm herdsire.

Ameripaca’s Fajita
ARI #828069
D.O.B. June 12, 2001
Color: Dk Brown / white
Sire: HCL Bolivian Merrill Lynch
Dam: Ameripaca’s Fancy
Price: $12000

SOLD!

Fajita came to us as part of another farms rescue efforts. To help ease her overcrowding several of the alpacas came to stay with us for awhile. Fajita and her six month old cria have settled in with the rest and are happily doing what alpacas do best, eat, sleep and create been piles for me to clean up.
Fajita came to us as open, but we suspect that to not be the case. We have yet to try an ultrasound or progesterone test, but behavior testing showed a complete lack of interest in the male.
Fajita can be purchased in a package with her dk silver gray son for $14,000
Fajita is owned by Mesquite Valley Alpacas and additional information can be obtained by contacting Linda Elliott (acvhlre@aol.com)

Alpacazona’s Inara
DOB 11/15/07
ARI #1253741
Sire: Patagonia’s El Corralero
Dam: Billie’s Lady Godiva
Price $7000

At 15 months, Inara thinks she’s ready to breed and spends most of her day flirting at the fence. She has an interestingly colored fleece showing a wide variation of fawns, almost a rose gray. With a lot of black in her back ground there’s a good possibility of getting black from her. Inara is a good sized girl with good character to her fleece.

Inara comes with one year free board and a free breeding to any wholly owned Alpacazona Farm herdsire

Momo
DOB 9/10/99
ARI #814154
Sire: Peruvian Presidente
Dam: BD Mischief
Price $8000

Momo is a very large, laid back alpaca. She had an unassisted birth with her last cria and was an attentive mother, but had milk issues. We don’t know anything about her past births so don’t know if this was an isolated incident or a pattern for her. We’ve re-bred her to our award winning herd sire, Donncha GTF and will be prepared with supplemental colostrums just in case. Her 2008 cria was bottle fed and is now a strapping four month old, running and playing with everyone else.
Momo comes with one year free board and a free breeding to any wholly owned Alpacazona Farm herdsire

ARI #1253498

Color Lt Brown
D.O.B. 2/07/07
Sire Peruvian Galileo
Dam WHF Tyche
Price $10,000

This ¾ Peruvian boy is destined for our breeding program. A descendant of Peruvian Pachacuti on the bottom and Alianza  Peruvian Choco on the top, quality just shines in him. He just recently made his show debut in a very competitive level 4 show. We took a fourth. Aries was the youngest in his class, with those placing over him having have almost a full years growth over him. The judge complimented his conformation and stated that she would like to see him as he matures. Aries conformation is very straight, his bite is excellent and his fleece is fine and consistent through out.
Alpacazona Farm reserves the right to three breedings if Aries is sold before he is of breeding age.

Passion’s Storm
ARI #

Color True Black
D.O.B. 9/16/04
Sire FRA Cochise
Dam Bonnovilla’s Sienna
Price $2,000

A descendant of Peruvian Olympus and Peruvian Drambuie, Storm is the farm clown. He was a late bloomer but has grown into a large, well proportioned male. Storm’s true strength is in his fleece! A true non-fading black with structure and fineness seldom seen in animals this dark. Storm’s fleece took a third at the 2007 AFCNA fleece show, with the 1st and 2nd placing fleeces in his class going on to Champ and Rsv Champ. Respectively. And this was after Storm’s fleece blew out to over 29 microns! (he is now on a diet)
Storm has settled his first female and we anxiously await this crias arrival next winter.

This 5/8 Peruvian boy has such notables as Peruvian Oro, Peruvian Sundance and Snowmass Chardonnay in his bloodline. He carried that proud linage into the show ring, and did very well for himself. Don is a handsome gentle giant who has been wowing the ladies. He has several confirmed pregnancies and we have high hopes for these long awaited crias.

WOW! That’s says it all when it comes to this boy. With Peruvian Dracula on top and Peruvian Drambuie, Peruvian Don Julio and the Goldsmith on the bottom, this guys pedigree just rocks!
Personal circumstances kept him out of this years show ring, but keep your eye out for him next year because this boy has what it takes, conformational correct, excellent bite, amazing staple length and bold well defined crimp. This guy has herdsire written all over him.

Color Med Brown
D.O.B. 8/31/04

1/2 Peruvian, ¼ Accoyo, Mickey is a sweet male. Like many alpacas from the Accoyo line, Mickey is a compact male but still manages to beat all the other males his age, pound for pound in fleece production. We haven’t yet used Mickey for breeding but have no doubt he would produce. Mickey is conformationaly sound with good fleece character.

Spats Satchmo
DOB 12/4/07
ARI #31198813
Sire: Hummingherd’s Arcturus
Dam: Ameripaca’s Fajita
Price $1000

Spatchmo, as we’ve started calling him, is a tiny fellow. His mother was part of a rescue group and we think some nutritional issues stunted his growth. He doesn’t let his small size slow him down and he jumps right in when the wrestling begins. Spats has a unique fleece, true black at the skin, fading out to silver gray at the tips. As he matures, there seems to be more and more gray. His fleece is very soft with a good handle.
